Thromboxane a2 levels predict no-reflow after percutaneous coronary intervention

Higher thromboxane A2 levels on hospital admission for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) are associated with a greater likelihood of no-reflow after primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), according to findings published in the August European Heart Journal.
